For one of our clients, a leading multinational company, we are currently looking for:

Customer Support Consultants with French (flexible shifts available)

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to French speaking customers via telephone/e-mail;
• Provide the clients with the required information about the status of their orders;
• Promotion of special offers or discounts to the clients;
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues;
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support;
• Prioritize the more urgent tasks and issues.


Requirements:

• Fluency in French;
• Very good level of English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Problem-solving ability;
• Excellent time management;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Advanced computer literacy.
