CALL CENTER AGENT WITH TURKISH and ENGLISH
Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle incoming queries by customers via phone and email
• Provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests
• The primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfill customer needs
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using trained procedures that have been agreed upon
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction
If you:
• Are fluent or native in Turkish and English
• Are friendly, vivacious personality with demonstrated experience owning customer issues
• Are a self-motivated, target driven and outgoing person
• Previous client relations experience will be considered as a plus
