Junior Legal Advisor
The position requires the ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic work environment. It also requires thorough knowledge of labour, commercial and contractual law, as well as good general legal knowledge.
Requirements:
• Degree in Law
• Obtained legal license
• Experience in labour, commercial and contractual law
• Knowledge about the order and manner of representation in entering contracts with third parties and state institutions
• Fluency in English - spoken and written
• PC literacy - MS Office, Internet, Apis
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
Responsibilities:
• Temporary work on short-term projects
• Participation in preparing and reviewing of contracts, agreements, applications, requests and other documents concerning the legal aspects of the company
• Participation in the discussion of contracts and agreements with the management of the company and with clients
• Consultations on legal issues
• Provide legal and administrative support
• Prepare and carry out company communication with clients and partners
• Communication with notaries and other external law firms.
